Terms & Conditions Masia Can Vidal


1. Booking Masia Can Vidal

1.1 Reservations will be confirmed by transferring a 40% [NON REFUNDABLE] down payment of the total rental price. When Masia Can Vidal has received the down payment, your reservation is confirmed but not booked. [NO EXCEPTIONS]. If we haven’t received any down payment or we have received any amount lower than the 40% down payment, your reservation is NOT confirmed and you risk losing any down payment which has been made.

To confirm the booking ,the remaining balance of (60%) the total rental price, along with [if applicable] any additional services or fees, has to be paid  6 weeks before the client(s) arrival date. [read 1.1 & 8]. [NO EXCEPTIONS]
For any other last minute booking we require the full amount of the rental price to be paid in advance. [NO EXCEPTIONS]

1.2 At your check-in we require a €500,- [REFUNDABLE] damage deposit fee with a credit card, returnable to the client(s) up to (2) weeks after the reservation, once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, theft, or loss.

1.3 The client(s) makes the reservation on behalf of the group staying at Masia Can Vidal. ALL guests staying or visiting must adhere to our terms & conditions, and it is the client(s) responsibility to share these guidelines with them.

1.4 For reservations of any kind of event or wedding we recommend to rent Masia Can Vidal for  3 night or 7 night stay due to planning set-up, break-down and clean-up of the event/wedding. [read 2, 4 & 5].

1.5 In the event of a cancellation, the 40% down payment  fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations can be passed on to others or rescheduled, pending availability and season, with no extra fees involved. Additional fees can be applied depending on which season it is.

1.6 Due to Catalan laws regarding foreign & domestic tourists, we will be needing your passport / id details for registration of the client(s) who have reservations at Masia Can Vidal. These details are for the Generalitat de Catalunya & Mossos d’Esquadra Barcelona.


2. For Events & Weddings

2.1 The rental price for the events hall has a separate rental price and requires a separate deposit fee to be paid. This price varies depending on the amount of people attending your event.

2.2 Reservations for any kind of event and/or weddings will be confirmed once a €1000,- [REFUNDABLE] damage deposit fee has been paid along with 40% [NON REFUNDABLE] down payment of the rental price of the events hall and Masia Can Vidal. [read 1.1]

2.3 The rental fee for any kind of event or wedding on the property of  Masia Can Vidal is for up to 80 people. If numbers exceed 80 people, there will be an extra charge of €20 per extra guest with a maximum of 20 people extra. A total of 100 guests maximum is allowed.

2.4 The client is held responsible for ALL of its guests and ALL third party vendors involved such as; caterers, decorators, djs, suppliers, wedding coordinators and others. We expect that we will be informed  abou t caterers and number of people. If there are information not passed to us, we will have the right to cancel your reservation for the event.

2.5 On the day of the check-out Masia Can Vidal has to be returned in the state as it has been delivered when the client(s) checked-in. Any other materials, supplies, trash, food, drinks, alcohol, decorations, and music equipment has to be cleaned up and removed at the end of the event. [NO EXCEPTIONS] If the property has not been returned in the state as it was delivered to the client(s), extra fees and costs will be charged or deducted from the damage deposit fee, from the client(s). 3. Cleaning

3.1 Masia Can Vidal is a self-catering property. If you would like additional cleaning service, we can provide a cleaner on extra cost.

3.2 Bedsheets, Towels, Soap, Washing Powder, Liquid Detergent is provided on check-in.

3.3 ALL trash made by the client(s) has to be thrown away in the container at the start of the road. Any trash bags left behind will be charged €10 per bag and deducted from the damage deposit fee.


4. Third Party Vendors & Catering

4.1 The client(s) is held responsible for ALL the invitees and ALL third party vendors involved such as; caterers, decorators, dj’s, suppliers, wedding coordinators and planners and others.

4.2 ALL extra visits from the client(s) and ALL (its) vendors  prior to the reservation date for planning, coordinating, dropping off or picking up any stuff related to the event will be charged with €100,- per visit (max 3.hours),  if the house has not been reserved during those days. [read.1.4]

4.3 If your event is catered, your catering company is responsible for the set-up, break-down, and clean up of the catered site. This goes as well to any other third party vendor involved.

4.4 ALL trash of the event has to be disposed off by the catering company and/or other vendors involved, at the end of the event.

4.5 Any equipment, trash, materials, decorations left by any vendor of the client(s) event, will be charged per visit AFTER the check-out day and /or end of the event. Any extra days after the check-out day will be charged to the client(s) as the regular night rate of the season its in. [read 1.4 & 2.5]

4.6 ALL vendors [florists, decorators, musicians, caterers etc.] must adhere to our terms & guidelines, and it is the client(s) responsibility to share these guidelines with them.


5. IN & OUTDOOR LOCATION(S)

5.1 Use of fireworks or any type of open fires is PROHIBITED [NO EXCEPTIONS] on the entire property and its surrounding area. Candles must be in glass candle holders and may not be placed on the ground or in any trees or plants. No oil torches.

5.2 ALL (outdoor) furniture, objects, and belongings of Masia Can Vidal should be put back in their original place after any kind of booking, event, and / or wedding.

5.3 ALL decorations & equipment must be set-up and removed without leaving damages.

5.4 The house, garden & outdoor locations must be returned in the state as how it was delivered to the client(s). [read 2.5]

5.5 Always keep children under supervision.

5.6 NO smoking inside the house, smoking can be done outside in the garden but take caution during the summer season due to hot dry weather,  fire hazards in and near the vicinity of the property could occur easier.


6. Liability & Responsibilities

6.1 The client(s) can not hold Masia Can Vidal nor any of its members of staff, liable from suit, actions, damages and expenses in connection with personal injury, illness or property damage or theft resulting from the (mis)use of any facility at Masia Can Vidal.


7. Refundable Damage Deposit Fee

7.1 During all the check-ins, before handing over the keys, we require a damage deposit to be paid with a valid credit card of €500,- for the rental of Masia Can Vidal.  [read 1.2]

7.2 For any kind of event and/or wedding , require a €1000,- [REFUNDABLE] damage deposit fee to be paid along with the €500,-[REFUNDABLE] damage deposit fee for renting Masia Can Vidal. [read 2.2]
The damage deposit fee is returnable to the client(s) up to (2) weeks after the reservation, once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, theft, or loss.


8. Client(s) Cancellations8.1 In the event of a cancellation, the 40% down payment  fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations can be passed on to others or rescheduled, pending availability and season, with no extra fees involved. Additional fees can be applied depending on which season it is and the type of event.


9. Rules & Regulations

9.1 Check-in time is after 16:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Flexible times can be arranged depending on availability.

9.2 Masia Can Vidal and its property has to be returned in similar state as it was delivered to the client(s)

9.3 All trash has to be thrown out by client(s) in the designated containers on the main road

9.4 All event and/or wedding related equipment, decorations, food, alcohol, drinks and materials from any vendor or person involved,  has to be picked up on the day of the check-out. [read 2 3 4 5].

9.5 Parking is allowed on the property, and its prohibited to park or (partially) block the main road. Please keep the main road ALWAYS accessible as it is a public road.

9.6 Dogs are allowed

9.7 No smoking inside the property

9.8 Respect the environment and locals


Términos y condiciones


1. Reservar la Masia Can Vidal

1.1 Las reservas serán confirmadas mediante la transferencia de un pago del 40% [NO REEMBOLSABLE] del precio total del alquiler. Cuando Masia Can Vidal ha recibido el pago inicial, se confirma la reserva, pero no se confirma. [SIN EXCEPCIONES]. Si no hemos recibido ningún pago inicial o que hemos recibido cualquier cantidad inferior al adelanto de 40%, su reserva no se confirma y se corre el riesgo de perder cualquier pago que se ha hecho.

Para confirmar la reserva, el saldo restante de (60%) del precio total del alquiler, junto con [si procede] cualquiera de los servicios o tarifas adicionales, tiene que ser pagado 6 semanas antes de la fecha de llegada del cliente (s). [Lee 1.1 y 8]. [SIN EXCEPCIONES]
Para cualquier otra reserva de última hora requerimos que el importe total del precio del alquiler a pagar por adelantado. [SIN EXCEPCIONES]

1.2 En el registro de entrada se requieren 500 € - Cargo [REEMBOLSABLE] depósito de garantía con una tarjeta de crédito, retornables al cliente (s) hasta (2) semanas después de la reserva, una vez que la propiedad ha sido inspeccionada por cualquier potencial daño, robo o pérdida.

1.3 Suplementos adicionales, no incluidos en el precio del alquiler:
Los gastos de limpieza de las instalaciones se cobran aparte. Este servicio tiene un suplemento
de 150eur.

1.4 El cliente (s) hace la reserva en nombre del grupo se aloja en Masia Can Vidal. Todos los huéspedes o visitar deben cumplir con nuestros términos y condiciones, y es responsabilidad del cliente (s) para compartir estas directrices con ellos.

1.5 Para reservas de cualquier tipo de evento o boda, recomendamos alquilar Masia Can Vidal durante 3 noches o 7 noches de alojamiento debido a la planificación de la configuración, desmontaje y limpieza del evento / de la boda. [Registro de 2, 4 y 5].

1.6 En el caso de una cancelación, la tarifa de pago inicial del 40% no es reembolsable. Las reservas pueden ser transmitidos a otros o reprogramados, dependiendo de la disponibilidad y la temporada, sin cargos adicionales asociados. Los honorarios adicionales se pueden aplicar dependiendo de qué estación estamos.

1.7 Debido a las leyes de Cataluña respecto a los turistas extranjeros y locales, vamos a necesitar su pasaporte detalles / ID de registro del cliente (s) que tienen reservas en Masia Can Vidal. Estos detalles son para la Generalidad de Cataluña y los Mossos d'Esquadra de Barcelona.


2. Para eventos y bodas

2.1 El precio del alquiler de la sala de eventos tiene un precio de alquiler por separado y requiere una tasa de depósito por separado a pagar. Este precio varía dependiendo de la cantidad de personas que asisten a su evento.

2.2 Las reservas para cualquier tipo de evento y / o bodas se confirmarán una vez por 1000 €, - [REEMBOLSABLE] abonar un depósito se ha pagado junto con el 40% [NO REEMBOLSABLE] pago del precio del alquiler de la sala de eventos y Masia Can Vidal. [leer 1.1]

2.3 El precio del alquiler para cualquier tipo de evento o boda en la propiedad de la Masía Can Vidal es para un máximo de 80 personas. Si los números exceden 80 personas, habrá un coste adicional de 20 € por persona adicionale con un máximo de 20 personas adicionales. Se permite un total de 100 personas máximo.

2.4 El cliente es responsable de todos sus huéspedes y todos los proveedores de terceros de este tipo tales como; catering, decoradores, djs, proveedores, coordinadores de bodas y otros. Esperamos que se nos informe acerca de las empresas de catering y el número de personas asistentes. Si no recibimos información, tendremos el derecho de cancelar su reserva para el evento.

2.5 En el día de la salida Masia Can Vidal tiene que ser devuelto en el estado en que se haya entregado cuando el cliente (s) en registramos. Cualquier otro material, suministros, basura, comida, bebidas, alcohol, decoraciones y equipo de música tiene que ser limpiado y eliminado al final del evento. [SIN EXCEPCIONES] Si la propiedad no ha sido devuelto en el estado en que fue entregado al cliente (s), honorarios y costos adicionales serán cargados o descontados del valor de depósito de garantía, desde el cliente (s). 3. Limpieza

3.1 Masia Can Vidal es una propiedad de autoservicio. Si desea servicio de limpieza adicional, podemos proporcionar un producto de limpieza en el precio adicional.

3.2 Ropa de Cama, toallas, jabón, detergente, detergente líquido se proporciona en el registro de entrada.

3.3 Toda la basura hecha por el cliente (s) tiene que ser tirado en el contenedor en el inicio de la carretera. Cualquier bolsas de basura dejados atrás se cobrará 10 € por bolsa y se deducirán de la cuota de fianza.


4. Los servicios y Catering de Terceros

4.1 El cliente (s) es responsable de todos los invitados y todos los servicios de terceras partes involucradas, tales como; catering, decoradores, dj, proveedores, coordinadores de bodas y los planificadores y otros.

4.2 Todas las visitas totales adicionales del cliente (s) y todos los vendedores antes de la fecha de reserva para la planificación, coordinación, dejar o recoger cualquier material relacionado con el evento será cargado con 100 €, - por visita (máximo 3 horas), si la casa no ha sido reservado durante esos días. 4.3 Si se atiende su caso, su empresa de catering es responsable de la puesta a punto, desmontaje y limpieza del sitio atendidos. Esto es también pertinente para cualquier otro proveedor tercero involucrado.

4.4 Toda la basura del evento tiene que ser dispuesto fuera a la empresa de catering y/o otros proveedores implicados, al final del evento.

4.5 Cualquier equipo, basura, materiales, decoraciones dejada por un proveedor del evento cliente (s), se cobrará por visita después del día de salida y / o al final del evento. Los días adicionales después del día de salida serán por cuenta del cliente (s) como la tasa de noche regular de la temporada [Leer 1.4 y 2.5]

4.6 Todos los proveedores [floristas, decoradores, músicos, empresas de catering, etc.] deben cumplir con nuestros términos y directrices, y es responsabilidad del cliente (s) para compartir estas directrices con ellos.


5. EN EL EXTERIOR

5.1. El uso de fuegos artificiales o cualquier tipo de fuegos abiertos están prohibidos [SIN EXCEPCIONES] en todo el edificio y sus alrededores. Las velas deben estar en los recipientes de vela de vidrio y no pueden ser colocados en el suelo o en los árboles o plantas. No se permiten antorchas de aceite.

5.2 Todos los muebles (al aire libre), los objetos y pertenencias de Masia Can Vidal se debe poner de nuevo en su lugar original después de cualquier tipo de reserva, evento y / o de la boda.

5.3 Todas las decoraciones y el equipo deben ser puesto en marcha y quitarse sin dejar daños.

5.4 La casa, el jardín y lugares al aire libre deben ser devueltos en el estado como la forma en que fue entregado al cliente (s). [Lee 2.5]

5.5 Siempre mantenga los niños bajo supervisión.

5.6 No fumar dentro de la casa, se puede fumar puede en el jardín, pero deben tomarse precauciones durante la temporada de verano debido al clima seco.

6. Responsabilidades

6.1 El cliente (s) no puede realizar en la Masia Can Vidal ni ninguno de sus miembros del personal, acciones, daños y gastos relacionados con lesiones personales, enfermedades o daños a la propiedad o robo resulta del (mal) uso de cualquier instalación de la Masía Can Vidal.


7. Daños reembolsable Tarifa Depósito

7.1 Durante todos los registros de entrada, antes de entregar las llaves, se requiere un depósito de daños a depositar con una tarjeta de crédito válida de 500 €, - para el alquiler de Masia Can Vidal. [Lee 1.2]

7.2 Para cualquier tipo de evento y/o de la boda, se requieren 1000 €, - [REEMBOLSABLE] a abonar en un depósito para ser pagado junto con el 500 €, - [REEMBOLSABLE] a fin de abonar un depósito para el alquiler de Masia Can Vidal. [Lee 2.2]
La cuota de fianza será devuelta al cliente (s) hasta (2) semanas después de la reserva, una vez que la propiedad ha sido inspeccionada por cualquier posible daño, robo o pérdida.


8. Cancelaciones

8.1 en el caso de una cancelación, la tarifa de pago inicial del 40% es IRREVERSIBLE. Las reservas pueden ser transmitidos a otros o reprogramados, dependiendo de la disponibilidad y la temporada, sin cargos adicionales asociados. Los honorarios adicionales se pueden aplicar dependiendo de la temporada y es el tipo de evento.


9. Normas y Reglamentos

9.1 El check-in es después de las 16:00 horas y la salida, a las 10:00 horas. Los horarios pudeden ser flexibles en función de la disponibilidad.
9.2 Masia Can Vidal y su propiedad tiene que ser devuelto en el estado similar a la que se entrega al cliente (s)
9.3 Toda la basura tiene que ser llevada por el cliente (s) alos contenedores designados en la carretera principal
9.4 Todos los eventos y / o relacionados con el equipo de la boda, decoraciones, comida, alcohol, bebidas y materiales de cualquier proveedor o persona involucrada, tiene que ser recogido en el día de la salida. [Lee 2 3 4 5].
9.5 El aparcamiento está permitido en la propiedad, y está prohibido aparcar o (parcialmente) bloquear la carretera principal. Por favor, mantenga la carretera principal siempre accesible ya que es una vía pública.
9.6 Se admiten perros
9.7 No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad.
9.8 Respetar el medio ambiente y a los locales.
